Christine offers Walk & Talk Therapy this is a hugely beneficial form of therapy that involves being out in the open with nature, taking advantage of natural day light, exercise and fresh air endorphins. It is a social therapy, talking and human interaction can bring peace and lightness. Some clients have found this hugely beneficial to their progress.

Christine is aware of how the pandemic has affected us all. Many people are taking up therapy to deal with post-pandemic trauma, loss and adjustment.
A new sense of self, where they feel vulnerable, rocky, uncertain and fearful. Counselling is somewhere to come for considering your personal impact at this time with work, home, family life and relationships.

Christine currently has no availability for new clients, however this page will be updated when this changes.

The poppies together in the CSB Counselling logo represent the strength within us, poppies grow proud and strong, wherever they choose. They do not wait for somebody to plant them and nurture them, they have the inner strength to help themselves and are also fragile and delicate. The two poppies together, one looking up to the other, illustrate that sometimes life events, both expected and unexpected can leave us feeling vulnerable, lost and hopeless. At times like these Counselling may be the support we need to manage these situations. In our own delicate, fragile times we may benefit from caring compassionate support from professional counselling.
